$7,500, fixed · 2 to 3 weeks · for teams with no agent yet
AI Opportunity Assessment
The AI Opportunity Assessment is a fixed-price, 2 to 3 week engagement for teams with no AI agent yet: $7,500. It ranks your candidate workflows, checks data, access and controls, and ends in one page that names the workflow, the fixed build price and the go-live date, or the reason not to build.
- Price
- $7,500, fixed. 50% on signature, 50% on delivery of the result
- Duration
- 2 to 3 weeks
- Result
- One page: the workflow, the fixed build price, the go-live date, or the reason not to build
- Credit
- $3,750 credited to a Production Build signed within 30 days
What does the Assessment decide?
Which single workflow is worth building first, whether to build or buy it, and what it costs. If no workflow clears the bar, the result says so and why.
- A map of 3 to 6 candidate workflows, ranked
- A data, access and control readiness review
- A build or buy call for each workflow, with the reason
- An ROI baseline and the success measures the build is judged against
When should a team choose the Review instead?
When an agent already exists and is stuck in pilot. The Agent Reliability Review tests that agent on its own traces; the Assessment chooses what to build when nothing exists yet.
AI Opportunity Assessment: questions
