Why do Bing and Apple matter as much as Google?
Google Business Profile feeds Google search, Maps and Google AI Mode. ChatGPT search draws on third-party search providers, including Microsoft Bing, and Apple Business Connect feeds Siri and Apple Maps. A business missing from one platform can be missing from every engine that reads it, so Modeo sets up all three with the same facts.
What does a complete Google Business Profile have?
Most profiles use one or two categories and a short description. A complete one has:
- Every category that is true for the business: one primary and up to 9 additional. An untrue category is a suspension risk.
- 30 or more services, named the way customers search for them
- A description of up to 750 characters with services, service area, license number and years in business
- Regular hours plus holiday and special hours, kept current
How do reviews fit in?
AI answers quote what reviews say, not only the rating. A review that names the job, the place and the result matches the questions future customers ask. Modeo replaces "leave us a review" with "Could you share what we helped you with today and how it turned out?" and rotates the link between Google, Yelp and your trade's directory. Every customer is asked; nothing is offered in exchange.
