    What makes a site readable by AI engines?

    AI crawlers read the HTML a server returns and mostly do not run JavaScript. Modeo's sites put every page's full text in that HTML, mark up the business and its services with schema, allow the AI crawlers in robots.txt, and keep one topic per page. modeo.io itself is checked each quarter by a script that fetches every page as OAI-SearchBot and Bingbot.

    Why one page per service?

    An AI engine recommends a business for a service only when it can verify that service on the business's own site. A page per service, under its category, mirrors the Google Business Profile service list, so each service has one page an engine can cite.
